The developers of the Catizen app have launched another earning game on Telegram, called Cattea Bot. Beta testing recently concluded, and the game officially went live on January 1st.
Let’s explore how to earn coins in this new project and grab some extra tokens. Over 1.2 million people worldwide are already playing Cattea.
Cattea bot
The developers offer a match-3 puzzle game. You get three free attempts daily, but for extra tries, you’ll need to watch ads.
The gameplay is simple: just match three identical tiles to clear the board. There’s nothing complicated about it.
You can use free boosters by watching a short ad or sharing the game link with a friend. The following boosters are available:
- Remove three tiles when no matches are left.
- Shuffle all tiles.
- Undo the last three moves.
If you lose, there’s also an option to return to the game (by removing three tiles).
In short, the game is intuitive even without instructions, so you shouldn’t have any issues.
At the end of each game, you earn coins and cat paws. You can double the reward by watching a short ad.
It seems that coins, not paws, will play the central role in the game. Coins are also easily earned by upgrading combo cards.

Extra coins and combo cards in Cattea
Go to the Earn tab to collect coins for daily login. The tasks include:
- 1,000 coins – Welcome bonus.
- 2,000 coins each for following Cattea on Telegram, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
- 4,000 tokens for adding the game icon to your home screen.
Daily tasks:
- Share the game link with a friend = 2,000 coins.
- Visit the Cattea Telegram channel = 3,000 tokens.
- Invite one friend = 10,000 coins.
In the Milk Tea tab, you’ll find cards that can be upgraded. There’s also a daily combo task (upgrade 3 cards to earn a 100-paw bonus).
Cards are upgraded using paws and generate coins as a reward.
Should you play Cattea bot?
Catizen provided decent rewards for many users, but the best drops went to those who invested in the project, with referrals playing little to no role.
Cattea will likely follow a similar pattern. I occasionally check the app but don’t spend much time on it. I’m quite skeptical about the project. Time will tell how it plays out. There’s no talk of listing yet, as that’s still a long way off.
